Pavilion opening hours:

Friday 15th March, 2019,  9am – 8pm

Saturday 16th March, 2019,  9am – 8pm

Pick up exhibits: Sunday 17th March, between 4.30 & 5.30pm



Written entries, entry fees and entry for non-perishables to be in by Monday, 11th March at 6pm.

Written entries and entry fees for perishables to be in by Wednesday, 13th March at 6pm.

The Pavilion will be open to receive entries during the following hours:

Thursday 7th March, 12pm-5pm

Friday 8th March, 12pm-5pm

Saturday 9th March, 12pm-5pm

Sunday 10th March, 12pm-5pm

Monday 11th March, 9am-6pm

Tuesday 12th March, 3pm-5pm

Wednesday 13th March, 9am-6pm

Thursday 14th March, 7am-9am



All non-perishable entries (Art, Crochet, Handcrafts, Lego, Jam & Jellies, Knitting, Needlework, Photography, Spinning & Weaving) to be in by 6pm on Monday, 11th March 2019 to be eligible for judging on Tuesday morning.



All perishable entries (Home Cookery, Vegetables, Fruit, Animal/Vegetable, Farm Produce, Cut Flowers, Pot Plants, Floral Art) must be entered Wednesday, 13th March, 9am-6pm or Thursday, 14th March, 7am-9am. To be eligible for judging on Thursday morning.



Entry fees for all Open classes is $1, except Art Open and Photography Open which is $2.

Entry fees for all Junior classes is 50c, except Photography; $1.


First and Second prizes are awarded in each class. Some sections also award Third prize.  Highly Commended cards may also be awarded.

Most Outstanding Exhibit and Most Successful Exhibitor ribbons are awarded in each Section.

Prize money or vouchers are awarded for all First, Second and Third prize winners.  Prize money varies between sections.


Junior classes are for those aged 17 years and under.

Novice exhibitor classes are for those who have not won a 1st prize in this section at a previous Moss Vale Show.

Stewards may reject any item deemed unsuitable by size or weight for safety reasons.

Stewards may change exhibits between sections and classes if required.


We encourage all schools across the Southern Highlands to enter classes in to the Moss Vale Show Pavilion. There are junior classes in each section, and some classes specifically for schools

to enter.

Please label school art exhibits on the back of the entry with the child’s name, age and schools name.

A school’s information package will be emailed to all schools.
